Do You Charge By the Hour?

Yes.  We try our best to provide an accurate estimate based on several factors but ultimately you pay for the time it takes to complete the move.  We charge a 2 . 5 hour minimum and then an  hourly rate starting at $50 per mover.

Ways to Save Time and Money

We provide many services including packing, loading, unloading, and transporting no matter how long or how far, all for a flat hourly rate.  Some tips to help save you time and money, we recommend having all locations clean and organized with all smaller items packed up and labeled.  Disassembling of beds and tables with help shave many hours off your movers' time (also having appliances disconnected and ready to go).  Our qualified team is happy to help for as long as you need but we've found that having our movers focus on the heavy lifting saves time, and makes the job more cost effective for the customer.

Do You Provide Moving Equipment & Packing Supplies?

Yes!  All our moves come with plenty of moving pads to protect your furniture as well as floor runners and wall/ door protectors.  We provide all tools, dollies, and straps to guarantee we leave your homes and possessions in the same condition we found them.

Do You Provide Trucks for the Move?

We specialize in providing professional moving labor along with all the necessary equipment and customer service that will blow you away.  We suggest our clients provide or rent their own truck for a more cost effective experience.  However, we do provide options for longer distance moves.

Is there a deposit? What happens if I need to cancel?

We do not require a deposit in order to reserve a move slot with us. If you have to cancel or reschedule, all we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible by contacting us by message or phone.

Is there a Travel Fee?

We do not charge any travel fees for any move inside Loop 1604 in San Antonio or Beltway 8 in Houston.  To cover the cost of the gas and paying our drivers, we charge $25 every 5 miles outside of these loops.

How and When do I Pay?

You pay for our services when the move is complete. Your movers will stop the clock and then let you know the total cost of the move.  We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We suggest contacting us as soon as possible and ideally two weeks or more in advance.  We are available 7 days a week but are normally busiest on weekends and the beginning and end of every month.  Reserve Now

How do we make sure your items are not damaged?

All furniture items are padded and shrink-wrapped before we pick it up and move it.  By protecting the furniture, we also protect the home as the furniture is being moved around.  We protect all floors and doors with covering where we'll be coming in and out of.

How do I file a damage claim?

We do everything in our power to make sure your items get from A to B in the same condition it left in.  In the very rare case that that does not happen,  we will make sure to make it right by fixing or replacing the item(s).  Often times, the mover will notice a damage as it happens and point it out.  They will then process a damage claim, offering a settlement immediately if it makes sense, or letting our back office know the details so they can follow up.  Under our policy, you may be eligible to recover from damages to your personal property at a rate of sixty (60) cents per pound ($.60/lb.), per item damaged, up to a maximum total claim for all eligible items of $1,000 per order for labor-only services or $2,000 per order for labor-and-truck services.

Do You Offer Out of State Moves?

Currently, we do not offer moves that cross state lines.  However, if you are moving anywhere within the great state of Texas, we are happy to help!

Is there anything we can't move?

Unfortunately, we can not assist in moving any pool tables, hot tubs, grand pianos or baby grand pianos at the moment.  We are also not permitted to move any drugs or drug paraphernalia; perishable items; items prohibited by law; weapons, explosives, flammable liquids; or anything that would otherwise put the safety of the crew, the truck, the customer, or the customer’s belongings at risk.  We also suggest clients handle any medication, jewelry, cash, and/or gift cards themselves if possible.
